Product Description

3M Thermally Conductive Epoxy Adhesive TC-2707 is a two-part aluminum-filled epoxy adhesive that creates thermally conductive bonds in electronic and thermal-management assemblies. The 2:1 by-volume mix has a typical 60-minute work life at 23 deg C and a mixed viscosity of 60,000 cP for gap filling, potting, and thin bondlines. Typical cured thermal conductivity is 0.72 W/(m K), with ambient and heat-cure schedules available. The aluminum filler can create an electrical bridge if it is trapped between energized surfaces, so TC-2707 is not intended where reliable electrical insulation or powered-circuit isolation is required.
