Product Description
ALPHA 2110 Electronic Cleaner is a concentrated aqueous saponifier for removing rosin flux residues from printed circuit boards and electronics assemblies. It is used at 3 to 5 vol% in conveyorized equipment, 4 to 8 vol% in soak tanks, 2 to 3 vol% in modified dishwashers, and 10 vol% for reflowed rosin-paste residues. Recommended wash temperature is 150 to 160 deg F. The buffered cleaner maintains solution composition during recirculation and operates without silicone defoamers. Wetted equipment parts should not use polycarbonate, Viton, neoprene, natural rubber, copper, aluminum, brass, or galvanized metal.
