Product Description
ALPHA 611 RMA Flux is an amber, mildly activated rosin liquid flux formulated for foam application in electronics soldering. Its 37% solids content provides full flux coverage on dense plated-through-hole circuit boards, while the water-white gum rosin and non-ionic activator system support consistent RMA processing. Typical specific gravity is 0.896 +/- 0.005 at 25 deg C. Flux residues are non-conductive and non-hygroscopic and are considered non-corrosive in most applications. Critical assemblies can be cleaned with a compatible solvent cleaner or an aqueous cleaner such as ALPHA 2110.
