Product Description
ALPHA RMA-390-DH6 Paste Flux is a rosin-based paste flux designed for surface mount and other demanding electronic assembly applications. Its activator system is formulated to penetrate moderately tarnished surfaces, while the post-reflow residue is suitable to remain on the circuit board without cleaning. The flux supports air and nitrogen reflow using straight-ramp or soak profiles up to 300 °C and provides documented electrical reliability performance. ALPHA RMA-390-DH6 is classified ROL0 according to IPC J-STD-004 and can be applied by screen printing, pin transfer, doctor blade, dip coating, or dispensing.
