BONDERITE L-GP-D148A

Main features

  • PTFE Dry-Film Lubricant Formation
  • Spray-Viscosity Thinning Compatibility
  • Room-Temperature Cure with Heat Acceleration

Product Description

BONDERITE L-GP D 148A is the PTFE-based varnish component of a two-part dry-film lubricant system. It is combined with the separately supplied BONDERITE S-OT Durcisseur hardener, and the blended resin and hardener are adjusted to spray viscosity using thinner. After application, the mixed system cures at room temperature in approximately 24 hours to form a smooth, dry, PTFE-lubricating film; heat can be used to accelerate the cure. Because this product is one component of a matched two-part system, its final coating performance depends on correct combination and cure with the BONDERITE S-OT Durcisseur hardener as directed in the manufacturer's technical documentation.

Key features

  • PTFE Dry-Film Lubricant Chemistry: PTFE-based varnish that develops a dry, lubricating coating after curing
  • Two-Component System with S-OT Durcisseur: requires the separately supplied BONDERITE S-OT Durcisseur hardener as a matched two-part system
  • Spray-Viscosity Thinning and Room-Temperature Cure: blend is adjusted to spray viscosity with thinner and cures in about 24 hours at room temperature, with heat-accelerated options

Applications

Applications include dry-film lubrication of metal components after the product is mixed and cured with the BONDERITE S-OT Durcisseur hardener.
