Product Description
CONAPOXY® AD-10 Epoxy Adhesive is a one-component, 100% solids, non-flowing epoxy adhesive and miniature potting compound for electrical applications. The brown heat-cure paste is documented for bonding and sealing magnet and speaker assemblies, batteries, filters, structural materials, end-cap filling, staking, and miniature potting. It may be cured from 93°C to 204°C using the published time-temperature schedule and should not be applied above 3.2 mm thickness. Typical cured properties include Shore D 85 hardness, 3,000 psi aluminum lap shear strength, and dielectric strength above 375 V/mil.
