Product Description
CONAP® MR-5002 Mold Release is a low-viscosity, silicone-based liquid mold release and parting agent for casting, potting, and molding operations. The clear material forms a thin release film that supports reproduction of fine mold detail and is applied by dip, brush, spray, or slosh. It is documented for releasing epoxy, polyurethane, polyester, and many plastic resins from metal, plastic, and other nonporous molds. The product may be used with room-temperature or heat-curing systems and typically air dries in 10 to 15 minutes before casting.
