CONATHANE MR-5012

CONAP® MR-5012 Mold Release is a low-viscosity, silicone-based liquid mold release and parting agent for casting, potting, and molding operations using nonporous tooling. The product is documented for releasing epoxy, polyurethane, polyester, and many plastic resins from metal, plastic, and other nonporous mold surfaces. It may be wiped, brushed, or sprayed across simple or detailed mold geometry and used with qualified room-temperature or heated cure processes. The release film is intended to support repeat demolding while preserving surface detail when applied and dried under controlled conditions.
