COOLTHERM E-105
Harmonization Code : 3910.00.00.90 | Silicones in Primary Forms; Others

Main features
- Clear Unfilled Epoxy Resin
- 600 cP Resin Viscosity
- Multiple CoolTherm/Circalok Hardener Compatibility
Product Description
LORD® E-105 Clear Epoxy Resin is a general-purpose, unfilled liquid epoxy resin formulated for use with compatible CoolTherm™ and Circalok™ hardeners. Its clear appearance and typical viscosity of 600 cP at 25 °C support applications requiring high fluidity, including epoxy-fiberglass laminations, sealing, impregnating, and see-through castings. The selected hardener determines the mixed ratio, working life, cure schedule, mechanical characteristics, and electrical properties of the resulting two-component system. E-105 Clear has a typical specific gravity of 1.13 at 25 °C and a one-year shelf life when stored at 25 °C in its original, unopened container.
Key features
- Clear, unfilled epoxy resin: Supports transparent castings and applications where the appearance of the encapsulated or impregnated assembly must remain visible.
- High-fluidity processing: Provides a typical viscosity of 600 cP at 25 °C using an RVT viscometer with spindle No. 5 at 100 rpm.
- Configurable epoxy system: Can be combined with compatible CoolTherm and Circalok hardeners to obtain different handling and cured-property profiles.
Applications / Suitable for
- Epoxy-fiberglass laminations
- Sealing and impregnating applications
- See-through castings
