Product Description
Resbond™ 919 Electrically Resistant Adhesive is a two-part, room-temperature curing ceramic adhesive formulated to provide exceptional electrical insulation in high-temperature environments. Based on Cotronics' proprietary MgO-ZrO ceramic binder system, it offers a continuous service temperature of up to 2800°F (1538°C), 270 volts/mil dielectric strength, and 1011 ohm-cm volume resistivity. The paste consistency allows easy mixing and application, curing into a durable ceramic bond that resists thermal cycling, corrosion, chemicals, and harsh operating conditions. It is ideal for electrically insulating, bonding, sealing, coating, and potting components used in industrial heating systems, sensors, instrumentation, and other high-temperature electrical applications. :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}
