Product Description

DOWSIL™ Q4-2805 Fluorosilicone Channel Sealant is a one-part, non-curing fluorosilicone compound designed to provide superior sealing characteristics under exposure to fuels and oils. Primarily used as a groove injection sealant for aircraft fuel tanks, it is formulated to withstand immersion in fuels and exposure to fuel vapors at elevated temperatures up to 200°C. The sealant maintains its consistency across a wide temperature range and is essentially unaffected by shock, vibration, and thermal cycling.
