Product Description
DOWSIL™ SE 1720 CV Adhesive Kit is a two-part, white, flowable silicone adhesive with a 1:1 mix ratio and controlled volatility for electronic assembly processes. The solvent-free material may be dispensed manually or automatically and has a typical mixed viscosity of 89,700 cP with a six-hour working time at 25°C. Documented cure schedules range from 50 minutes at 70°C to 10 minutes at 100°C. Applications include sealing ceramic condensers and printed circuit-board module components and bonding computer keypad assemblies. Typical cured properties include 3.3 MPa tensile strength, 375% elongation, and Shore A 33 hardness.
