Product Description
DuPont Duroptix™ OE-6370 HF Optical Encapsulant is a colorless, two-part 1:1 mix silicone elastomer designed for LED encapsulation and overmolding applications. Based on a polydimethylsiloxane chemistry, this optical encapsulant combines high transparency, thermal stability, moisture resistance, and adhesion to commonly used LED substrates. The material provides excellent optical clarity with 100% transparency at 450 nm through a 1 mm sample thickness and is formulated to withstand the thermal demands associated with modern LED manufacturing processes. Its fast-curing characteristics and compatibility with standard dispensing and molding equipment support efficient production workflows for LED packaging and protection.
