Product Description
ECCOSHIELD® VY Conductive Caulking Compound is a single-component, metallic-particle-filled, electrically conductive sealer for radio-frequency-shielded structures. The non-hardening compound is applied with conventional caulking equipment to fill and seal seams, joints, cabinet interfaces, conduit connections, and threaded areas requiring electrical continuity. It remains pliable after application and is documented for structures exposed to vibration, temperature change, or joint displacement. Typical data include 0.001 ohm·cm volume resistivity, service from -40°C to 288°C, and insertion loss greater than 100 dB at a caulked joint.
