Product Description
CONAP® CE-1171 Acrylic Conformal Coating is a transparent, solvent-based, single-component acrylic conformal coating for electrical insulation and moisture protection of printed circuitry and electronic components. The amber coating may be sprayed, dipped, or brushed and includes a tracer dye for ultraviolet inspection. It is documented for flexibility, reparability, hydrolytic stability, and adhesion to phenolic and epoxy-glass laminates in adverse environments. Typical as-supplied properties include 900 cP viscosity, 30% solids, 0.98 specific gravity, and a 20-minute tack-free time, with full cure in 24 hours at 25°C.
