ENTHONE M Series

Main features

  • Five-Method Permanent Marking
  • One to 24-Hour Pot-Life Options
  • Humidity-Conditioned Electrical Insulation

Product Description

ENTHONE M-Series Inks are permanent, two-component epoxy marking inks for electronic and industrial identification. The family adheres to glass, metal, and thermosetting plastics when properly applied and cured, and supports hand stamping, machine marking, screen printing, spraying, and roller printing. Catalyst choices provide ambient or heat-cure routes with pot lives from 1 hour to 24 hours, depending on the selected catalyst. Cured films provide chemical and thermal resistance, while color-specific insulation resistance is characterized before and after humidity conditioning. Applications include semiconductor components, printed circuit boards, connectors, dials, nameplates, panels, chassis, glass, and thermoplastics.

Key features

  • Five Marking Methods: Hand stamping, machine marking, screen printing, spraying, and roller printing support varied processes.
  • Ambient or Heat Cure: Catalyst selection provides room-temperature and controlled thermal-cure options.
  • Humidity-Conditioned Electrical Data: Insulation resistance is defined before and after 48-hour humidity conditioning.

Applications / Suitable for

  • Semiconductor-component marking
  • Printed circuit boards and connectors
  • Dials, nameplates, panels, and chassis
  • Glass and thermoplastic marking
