Product Description
ALPHA® HiFlo Sn63Pb37 Wave Solder Bar is a high-fluidity tin-lead wave solder alloy manufactured using ultra-high-purity raw materials and Alpha's proprietary Vaculoy® process. The alloy is conditioned with viscosity- and dross-lowering treatments to minimize oxides, reduce dross generation, and deliver consistent soldering performance for conventional and inert-atmosphere wave soldering systems. It is engineered to improve solder joint quality while reducing bridging, icicling, skips, and solder pot maintenance.
