INDIUM 8.9E
Harmonization Code : 3208.20.90 | Paints and varnishes that are dispersed or dissolved in a non aqueous medium

Main features
- Fine-Aperture Print Transfer
- Graping-Resistant Small Deposits
- Low-Voiding BGA and CSP Reflow
Product Description
Indium8.9E Pb-Free Solder Paste is an air-reflow, no-clean solder paste for lead-free SMT assembly with SAC and other lead-free alloy systems. Its flux system combines high transfer efficiency through apertures at or below 0.66 area ratio with oxidation resistance that helps suppress incomplete coalescence on small deposits. The paste supports fine-feature printing, provides more than eight hours of stencil life under the stated temperature and humidity conditions, and is formulated for low voiding in BGA and CSP solder joints. Standard SAC305 and SAC387 offerings are available in multiple powder sizes. Applications include stencil printing and reflow for fine-pitch components, BGA packages, and CSP assemblies.
Key features
- Fine-Aperture Transfer: High transfer efficiency through apertures at or below 0.66 area ratio supports small solder deposits.
- Oxidation-Resistant Coalescence: Flux chemistry helps suppress graping on small deposits during lead-free reflow.
- BGA and CSP Voiding Control: The paste is formulated for low voiding in BGA and CSP solder joints.
Applications / Suitable for
- Fine-pitch SMT stencil printing
- BGA and CSP assembly
- Lead-free air or nitrogen reflow
