INDIUM SMQ92J
Harmonization Code : 3208.20.90 | Paints and varnishes that are dispersed or dissolved in a non aqueous medium

Main features
- High-Speed Fine-Pitch Printing
- Long Stencil and Tack Life
- Probe-Testable No-Clean Residue
Product Description
Indium NC-SMQ92J No-Clean Solder Paste is a halogen-free, air-reflow solder paste for high-speed surface-mount assembly. The flux system supports consistent fine-pitch deposition, extended open time, strong initial tack, and more than 12 hours of stencil life under the stated conditions. It leaves a benign, probe-testable residue that can be penetrated by multi-point probes without clogging. A typical Sn63 Type 3 printing configuration has 2,000 poise viscosity and 38 g tackiness. Applications include fast-print SMT lines, rapid component placement, fine-pitch printing, and air or nitrogen reflow with the supported SnPb alloy configurations.
