Product Description
Laird Eccosorb® MCS is a thin, flexible, magnetically loaded silicone rubber microwave absorber designed for frequencies from 800 MHz to 6 GHz. The electrically non-conductive sheet combines high magnetic loss with moisture resistance, low outgassing and a maximum service temperature of 170°C. It is used to suppress surface currents, creeping waves and cavity resonances, and to reduce RF coupling between antennas and microwave components. The material conforms to contoured surfaces, can be cut with a sharp knife and is available with optional pressure-sensitive adhesive backing.
