Product Description
LOCTITE® 272™ is a high-strength anaerobic threadlocking adhesive formulated for the permanent locking and sealing of threaded metal fasteners. The one-component acrylic adhesive cures when confined between closely fitting metal surfaces in the absence of air, preventing loosening and leakage caused by vibration, shock and dynamic loading. Designed for demanding industrial environments, LOCTITE 272 is particularly suitable for locking and sealing large bolts and studs M25 and larger. Its high-temperature resistance, chemical durability and strong retention performance make it ideal for heavy equipment, industrial machinery and high-heat service applications.
