Main features
- Dual-Cure Bonding Processing
- Low-Blooming Bonding Cure
- Rapid Surface and Fixture Curing
Product Description
LOCTITE® 4306™ is a one-component UV/light-curing cyanoacrylate adhesive formulated with a photoinitiator to provide ultra-fast fixture speeds, surface cure and fillet cure capabilities. The adhesive combines UV/visible light curing with a secondary moisture-cure mechanism, enabling reliable bonding of plastics, rubbers and metals while minimizing blooming. Its fluorescent properties under UV light allow easy inspection of adhesive presence and coverage. LOCTITE 4306 has been tested to Henkel protocols based on ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards and is widely used in the assembly of disposable medical devices and precision components requiring rapid processing and inspection.
Key Features & Benefits
