LOCTITE AA 3035

Main features

  • Low Energy Plastic Bonding
  • Fast Room-Temperature Bonding Cure
  • Multi-Substrate Durability Acrylic Bonding

Product Description

LOCTITE® AA 3035™ is a two-component, room-temperature-curing acrylic adhesive designed for high-strength bonding of low-surface-energy plastics without surface pretreatment. The 1:1 mix-ratio system forms tough, durable bonds on substrates including HDPE and polypropylene and can also bond metals, glass, epoxy, ABS, PVC, and polycarbonate. It provides a seven-minute working time, rapid fixture on HDPE, low odor, and strong resistance to humidity, water, motor oil, water/glycol, diesel exhaust fluid, dilute sulfuric acid, and ammonia.

Key features

  • Low-energy plastic bonding: Bonds HDPE and polypropylene without surface pretreatment.
  • Fast room-temperature cure: Provides approximately seven minutes of working time and fixtures HDPE in less than 20 minutes.
  • Multi-substrate durability: Develops tough bonds to plastics, metals, glass, and epoxy with resistance to demanding environmental exposures.
