LOCTITE AA 3341

Main features

  • Low-Viscosity Thermoplastic Bonding
  • Fast UV/Visible-Light Cure
  • Flexible 220% Elongation

Product Description

LOCTITE AA 3341 is a one-part, low-viscosity acrylated urethane adhesive for UV or visible-light bonding and potting. The transparent, light-yellow liquid has a typical viscosity of 525 mPa s at 25 deg C and fluoresces under UV light for inspection. It is intended primarily for heavily plasticized PVC and also adheres to polycarbonate and ABS. Under the stated cure condition, the cured material reaches 220% elongation at break, giving the bondline a flexible profile where compliance is important. Applications include disposable medical-device assembly and thermoplastic component bonding.

Key features

  • Low-viscosity dispensing: A typical viscosity of 525 mPa s at 25 deg C supports controlled application.
  • Flexible cured profile: The cured material reaches 220% elongation at break under the stated cure condition.
  • UV fluorescence: Positive fluorescence supports visual confirmation of adhesive presence.

Applications

Applications include bonding heavily plasticized PVC, polycarbonate and ABS, potting, and disposable medical-device assembly.
