The thixotropic, gap-filling system uses a 100:17 Part A-to-Part B mix ratio by weight and provides a 90-minute pot life for a 450 g mass at 25 degrees C. After cure, documented mechanical data include typical lap shear strength of 28.9 MPa at 25 degrees C and 8.3 MPa at 177 degrees C on phosphoric-acid-anodized 2024-T3 aluminum. Normal cure is 3 to 5 days at 25 degrees C, while small masses may be accelerated, including 1 hour at 66 degrees C.
