Product Description
LOCTITE® EA D609 is a two-part, ultra-clear epoxy adhesive for structural bonding applications requiring fast room-temperature curing. The low-viscosity, self-leveling system mixes at a 1:1 ratio by weight or volume and develops handling strength in approximately 10 minutes at 77°F. After full cure, the adhesive provides mechanical strength, electrical insulation, low shrinkage, and resistance to water, petroleum fuels, salt solutions, vapors, gases, and various organic and inorganic compounds. It is suitable for bonding supported substrates including metals, phenolic plastics, polyester, glass, ceramics, rubber, masonry, hardboard, forestry products, and other construction materials.
