LOCTITE ECI1016
Harmonization Code : 3208.20.90 | Paints and varnishes that are dispersed or dissolved in a non aqueous medium

Main features
- High-Speed Rotary Screen Printing
- Low-Resistance Silver Conductive Traces
- Two-Minute Hot-Air Drying
Product Description
LOCTITE ECI 1016 EC is a low-viscosity, silver-filled thermoplastic conductive ink for high-speed roll-to-roll rotary screen printing. The gray paste contains 68% solids and is formulated for printed antennas and conductive circuits on PET or paper. The recommended hot-air drying cycle is 2 minutes at 150 deg C. After drying, the ink has 5B cross-cut adhesion on untreated PET and sheet resistance of 0.0065 ohm/sq/25 um after 10 minutes at 150 deg C. The dried material has a maximum operating temperature of 105 deg C.
Key features
- High-speed rotary printing: Low viscosity supports roll-to-roll rotary screen application.
- Low-resistance silver traces: The dried film reaches 0.0065 ohm/sq/25 um under the documented condition.
- Rapid hot-air drying: The recommended guideline cycle is 2 minutes at 150 deg C.
Applications
Applications include RFID antennas, printed antennas and conductive circuits on PET or paper.
