Product Description
LOCTITE® TC 8M is a silicone-based thermal grease formulated for efficient heat transfer between heat-generating electronic components and heat-dissipating structures. The material combines high thermal conductivity with excellent electrical insulation and dielectric properties, making it suitable for a broad range of thermal management applications. It retains its paste-like consistency during prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures and is designed for use in semiconductor devices, thermoelectric equipment, radiators, power resistors, and chassis-mounted components.
