Product Description
MOLYKOTE® 41 Extreme High Temperature Grease is an NLGI 2 silicone grease formulated with a silicone oil base fluid and a carbon black thickener. Designed for extreme operating environments, this black grease provides superior thermal stability and does not melt, even at high temperatures. It is ideal for lubricating bearings and components in high-temperature applications such as oven conveyors, kiln dollies, and molten salt evacuation pumps.

- High-temperature stability: Operates effectively across a service temperature range of -20°C to 290°C and features no drop point, preventing melting at elevated temperatures.
- Environmental resistance: Delivers superior oxidation resistance and excellent water resistance, highlighted by a low water washout of 0.5% (38°C/1 hour).
- Clean formulation: Manufactured without intentional polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
Applications / Suitable for
- Oven conveyors, kiln dollies, and molten salt evacuation pumps
- Steam turbine regulator links and knife-edge power breakers
- Note: Do not use on painted surfaces or on steel bearings under high loads
