Product Description

H.B. Fuller MP54110 Epoxy Adhesive uses a clear, two-part unfilled epoxy system to bond metals, ceramics, and most plastics. The liquid components mix 1:1 by weight or volume and produce a typical mixed viscosity of 20,000 cP for cartridge and meter-mix-dispense application. At 25 deg C, a 20 g batch has an 8-12 minute pot life. Assemblies reach handling cure in 30-60 minutes and full cure in 24 hours at room temperature. The cured adhesive has Shore D 80 hardness, 10% elongation, and a typical operating range of -40 to 130 deg C.
