Product Description
Permabond MM115 is a blue, single-part anaerobic threadlocker and sealant for metal bolts, nuts, and screws that may require service disassembly. The thixotropic methacrylate formulation cures at room temperature, reaches handling strength on M10 steel in about 10 minutes at 23 deg C, and develops full strength after 24 hours. Its medium-strength cured joint provides 16 N m breakaway torque and 7 N m prevailing torque on M10 steel under ISO 10964. Applications include machinery and equipment fastener retention where ordinary tools are required for later disassembly.
