Product Description

LOCTITE STYCAST 1495K Thermally Conductive Epoxy Encapsulant is a black, filled epoxy encapsulant for electronic components that require a thermally conductive potting material. With CAT 9, the resin mixes 100:4.5 by weight, reaches a typical mixed viscosity of 21,000 cP, and provides a 45-minute working time at 25 deg C. The cured material has a typical thermal conductivity of 1.1 W/(m K), 95 Shore D hardness, electrical insulation, and an operating range of -40 to 130 deg C. Documented applications include transformers, sensors, and related electronic assemblies.
