Product Description

LOCTITE STYCAST 2651-40FR Flame-Retardant Epoxy Encapsulant is a black, two-component epoxy system used with CAT 24LV for general electrical and electronic potting. The 100:16 by-weight mix has a typical mixed viscosity of 1,200 mPa s and a 60-minute work life at 25 deg C, providing a controlled window before room-temperature or accelerated cure. After cure, the material combines a -65 to 105 deg C operating range with Shore D 88 hardness, dielectric properties, and the grade's flame-retardant formulation. Processing and final values remain specific to the CAT 24LV configuration.
