Product Description
LOCTITE STYCAST 2662 High-Temperature Epoxy Encapsulant is a black, heat-cure epoxy potting system used with CAT 17 for electronics and large or complex castings exposed to elevated temperature, chemicals, and moisture. The 100:30 by-weight mix provides more than 24 hours of work life at 25 deg C, allowing extended preparation and casting time. Regular and staged cure profiles address standard and critical casting geometries. After cure, the material has a -20 to 230 deg C operating range, Shore D 88 hardness, low 24-hour water absorption, and electrical insulation properties.
