3M Fast Cure Auto Glass Urethane 08690 is a black, one-part moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive for windshield bonding and stationary automotive glass attachment. Its high-viscosity paste supports accurate bead placement, while the fast-cure chemistry builds handling strength quickly. The product provides a 10- to 20-minute work time, reaches tack-free condition in 20 minutes, and has a 24-hour full cure time. It is used for windshields, backlights, sidelights, and other stationary glass assemblies in repairs that need controlled application and rapid strength build. The 08690 grade is supplied in a 310 mL (10.5 fl oz) cartridge.
