Product Description

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Urethane Adhesive DP604NS Black is a rapid-setting, two-component polyurethane adhesive supplied in a 1:1 ratio duo-pak cartridge. The EPX™ dispensing system mixes the components into a bubble-free, non-sag black paste for structural bonding and sealing. The mixed adhesive provides a 4-minute open time and reaches set strength in approximately 20 minutes at 23 °C. After cure, it combines 85 Shore A hardness with 420% strain at break and a continuous temperature range of -51 to 121 °C. Applications include manufacturing and assembly, building maintenance and repair, bonding door frames and sills, and general structural bonding and sealing.
