ARALDITE GY6010

Main features

  • Medium-Viscosity Liquid Processing
  • Multiple Hardener Cure Options
  • Versatile Resin Formulation Base

Product Description

ARALDITE GY 6010 Epoxy Resin is a medium-viscosity, unmodified liquid bisphenol-A epoxy resin for room-temperature and heat-cured systems. Its typical as-supplied profile includes 11,000 to 13,000 mPa s viscosity at 25 deg C, an epoxy equivalent of 182 to 192 g/eq, and density of 1.15 to 1.18 g/cm^3. The resin can be cured with multiple hardener types and formulated with compatible fillers, diluents, and accelerators. This versatility supports coatings, matrix-resin applications, electrical systems, adhesives, and civil-engineering work. Processing and final performance depend on the selected hardener, ratio, and cure schedule, so formulation data remain tied to the stated combination and test conditions.

Key features

  • Medium-viscosity liquid handling: Typical viscosity is 11,000 to 13,000 mPa s at 25 deg C.
  • Flexible cure formulation: The resin can be combined with multiple hardener types for room-temperature or heat-cured systems.
  • Compatible formulation base: Documented compatibility includes many fillers, diluents, and accelerators.

Applications

Coatings, matrix resins, electrical systems, adhesives, and civil-engineering formulations.
