BONDERITE C-AK 4338LP2
Harmonization Code : 3208.20.90 | Paints and varnishes that are dispersed or dissolved in a non aqueous medium

Main features
- High-Temperature Oxide-Scale Conditioning
- Equal-Volume Two-Liquid Mixing
- 15 to 25% Component Concentration
Product Description
BONDERITE® C-AK 4338L AERO is a two-component alkaline permanganate scale remover and conditioner developed specifically for jet-engine cleaning. It chemically modifies high-temperature oxide scale on ferrous and heat-resistant alloys, conditioning the deposit for easier chemical removal in subsequent processing steps. Supplied as two liquid concentrates, the system supports safer and easier handling than powdered products, offers a wide operating-concentration range, and can be used in mild-steel tanks.
Key features
- Jet-engine scale conditioning: Developed to modify high-temperature oxide deposits before subsequent chemical removal.
- Two-component liquid system: Supplied as liquid Part A and Part B concentrates for tank make-up and maintenance.
- Ferrous and heat-resistant alloy compatibility: Suitable for ferrous and high-temperature alloys under controlled process conditions.
- Flexible bath concentration: May be operated across a range of concentrations to address different scale types.
- Long bath life: Identified by the supplier as supporting extended bath operation.
Applications / Suitable for
- Jet-engine cleaning processes
- Conditioning of high-temperature heat scale
- Ferrous alloys
- High-temperature and heat-resistant alloys
- Immersion metal-pretreatment systems
