Harmonization Code : 3910.00.00.90 | Silicones in Primary Forms; Others

Main features
- Two-Component Urethane Potting Prepolymer
- Circuit-Board and Cable Encapsulation
- Low-Viscosity High-Elongation Elastomer Systems
Product Description
CONATHANE® TU-401 Urethane Prepolymer is the amber Part A urethane prepolymer used in compatible two-component CONATHANE polyurethane casting and potting systems. When paired with the specified curative, the system is used for molding and potting electrical assemblies exposed to severe thermal changes. Documented applications include printed circuit boards, electrical cables, connectors, strain-sensitive devices, and wire-wound components. The associated polyurethane systems are described as having low viscosity, high elongation, hydrolytic stability, dielectric properties, and resistance to fungus and thermal shock.
