Product Description
CONATHANE UC-40 is a two-component, unfilled, 100% solids polyurethane casting system that cures at room temperature. It is intended for tough, high-impact-resistant, dimensionally stable castings and for prototypes that require the feel and appearance of a thermoplastic. The system supports hand-mix, meter-mix, and vacuum casting approaches, giving processors options for bench or controlled production workflows. Its ambient-cure format is useful for fixtures, models, and prototype parts where an unfilled urethane casting resin is preferred.
