Product Description
CONAPOXY® FR-1047 Epoxy Encapsulant is a black, filled, flame-retardant, non-abrasive epoxy resin for two-component potting and casting systems. The resin may be combined with CONACURE EA-02, EA-028, EA-87, or EA-117 to produce systems with different viscosity, pot life, cure requirements, operating temperature, and cured properties. It is documented for low exotherm, thermal-shock resistance, electrical insulation, and reduced wear in metering and dispensing equipment. The resin has a typical viscosity of 58,000 cP and specific gravity of 1.68 at 25°C.
