Product Description
ENTHONE Catalyst 45 is a catalyst component for ENTHONE M-Series and 50-Series two-component epoxy marking inks. Within the selected ink system, catalyst choice controls the available processing and cure route and can influence final marking-film characteristics. The product supports permanent electronic and industrial identification processes rather than functioning as a standalone ink or cured coating. Catalyst 45 is suited to controlled marking formulations where the exact ink grade, catalyst addition, pot life, application method, and cure schedule are established for the selected M-Series or 50-Series system.
Key features
- M- and 50-Series Use: The catalyst is associated with both ENTHONE epoxy marking-ink families.
- System-Level Cure Control: Processing and cure behavior depend on the selected ink and catalyst combination.
- Permanent Marking Role: The catalyst is used within electronic and industrial identification-ink systems.
Applications / Suitable for
- Permanent electronic component marking
- Printed circuit board and connector identification
- Industrial nameplate, panel, and chassis marking
