- Two to Four Percent Flow Adjustment
- Crawling and Pinholing Control
- Gentle Post-Induction Mixing
Product Description
ENTHONE AD3002 Flow Agent is a process additive for ENTHONE M-Series and 50-Series epoxy marking inks. It adjusts ink flow where crawling, pinholing, or bubbling affects printed-film appearance. The recommended addition is 2 to 4% by weight, introduced after the catalyst induction period so the additive does not interfere with catalyzation. Gentle mixing is specified to avoid overmixing. AD3002 is selected for controlled flow correction within the matched ENTHONE ink system rather than as a standalone coating material.
Key features
- Two to Four Percent Adjustment: A 2 to 4% by-weight addition provides targeted flow correction.
- Post-Induction Addition: The flow agent is introduced after the catalyst induction period.
- Controlled Gentle Mixing: Gentle mixing limits overmixing while addressing crawling, pinholing, and bubbling.
Applications / Suitable for
- ENTHONE M-Series flow adjustment
- ENTHONE 50-Series flow adjustment
- Printed legend and marking film flow correction
