Product Description

INSULCAST® 987 Semi-Flexible Epoxy Potting Compound is a filled, semi-flexible, two-component epoxy potting compound for electrical and electronic assemblies operating across a broad temperature range. The neutral Part A and Part B are mixed at 2:3 by weight and produce a typical mixed viscosity of 60,000 cP with more than 48 hours of work life at 25°C. The system is heat cured and is documented for electrical insulation and physical durability. Typical cured properties include Shore D 65 hardness, 0.417 W/m·K thermal conductivity, 375 V/mil dielectric strength, and service from -55°C to 155°C.
