LOCTITE CAT 15-LV

Main features

  • Low-Viscosity Epoxy Hardener
  • 120-Minute Working Time
  • Rigid/Semi-Rigid/Flexible Epoxy Systems

Product Description

LOCTITE® CAT 15LV™ is a low-viscosity epoxy hardener specifically formulated for use with LOCTITE ABLESTIK® 45LV epoxy resin systems. The hardener enables the formulation of rigid, semi-rigid or flexible adhesive systems depending on the resin-to-hardener ratio used. It provides room-temperature or accelerated heat curing, excellent adhesion to metals, glass and plastics, and is particularly effective for bonding dissimilar substrates. The system offers adjustable flexibility, good electrical insulation properties and dependable mechanical performance across a wide operating temperature range.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Low-viscosity epoxy hardener for ABLESTIK 45LV systems.
  • Adjustable rigid, semi-rigid or flexible cure profiles.
  • Room-temperature or heat-cure capability.
  • Good adhesion to metals, plastics and glass.
  • Suitable for bonding dissimilar materials.
  • Good electrical insulating properties.
  • Long working time for assembly operations.
