SIKA EC-433
Harmonization Code : 3910.00.00.90 | Silicones in Primary Forms; Others

Main features
- High-temperature tooling capability
- Aluminum-filled epoxy formulation
- Flexible processing options
Product Description
EC-433 is an aluminum-filled epoxy casting system developed for high-temperature tooling applications, including prototype injection molding, vacuum forming, compression molding, RIM molds, foam molds, and other cast tooling applications. The system is available with multiple hardener options to accommodate different tool sizes and working-time requirements. EC-433 cures at room temperature with a required post cure for elevated-temperature service and accepts higher aluminum loadings to support dimensional stability. Properly processed tools can operate continuously at temperatures up to 300°F (160°C) and intermittently up to 350°F (177°C).
Key features
- High-temperature tooling capability: Supports continuous service temperatures up to 300°F (160°C) and intermittent exposure up to 350°F (177°C).
- Aluminum-filled epoxy formulation: Accepts higher aluminum loading while providing improved dimensional stability for cast tooling applications.
- Flexible processing options: Available with three hardener options offering different working times to accommodate varying mold sizes and manufacturing requirements.
Applications / Suitable for
- Vacuum form molds
- Compression molds
