Product Description
SikaBiresin CF230 Part A Epoxy Edge-Filling Resin is the white or black epoxy paste component of the two-part CF230/CF234 edge-filling system. The low-density Part A resin has a typical specific gravity of 0.63 at 25 deg C and is mixed with CF234 Part B at 100:24 by weight. The resulting smooth paste is applied under pressure to honeycomb cell edges and has a typical 11-minute pot life at 25 deg C. The complete system is used for edging aluminum and other honeycomb sandwich structures, cell densification for insert anchoring, and localized panel repairs. Final cured properties apply only to the complete CF230/CF234 system.
